TDEE Calculator Kit is a free health and fitness calculator website operated by Osama Amir Khan. You can reach us any time at tdeecalculatorkit@gmail.com.

Every calculator on this site works without signing up. When you enter your age, height, weight, sex, activity level, or body fat percentage, those values are used in your browser to produce a result. If you are not signed in, we do not store those values on our servers, and we do not attach them to your identity.

• Account details. If you create an account, we store your email address and, when you sign in with Google, the name and profile image Google shares with us.
• Saved health data. Signed in users can save calculator results, food logs, workout logs, water intake, weight entries, and goals. This data is stored so you can see it again on your dashboard.
• Technical data. Our hosting and analytics providers record standard information such as browser type, device type, approximate region, referring page, and the pages you visit.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.

• To run the calculators and show your saved results on your dashboard.
• To keep your account secure and to sign you in.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the content.
• To fix bugs, block abuse, and keep the site available.
• To answer the questions you send us.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your health entries with advertisers.

We use a small number of cookies and local storage keys. Some are required, such as the session cookie that keeps you signed in and the preference key that remembers whether you use metric or imperial units. Others support analytics so we can count visits and see how pages perform. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though signing in will not work without the session cookie.

We rely on a few providers to operate the site:

• Supabase for the database, authentication, and file storage that power accounts and saved logs.
• Google for optional sign in, and Google Search Console for search performance data.
• Microsoft Clarity for aggregated usage statistics and heatmaps.
• USDA FoodData Central for nutrition values when you search foods. Your search terms are sent to that service to return results.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We share only what the service needs to function.

Account data and saved logs stay in place while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and the logs linked to it within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for security or legal reasons. Analytics data is aggregated and retained by our providers under their standard retention windows.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Email tdeecalculatorkit@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also delete individual logs and saved results from your dashboard at any time.

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Teenagers who use the teen calculator should do so with a parent or guardian involved. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Data is transferred over encrypted connections and stored with row level access rules so that one account cannot read another account's entries. No system is perfect, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us if you notice anything unusual.

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
